Integrity:
We uphold integrity through transparent communication and policies, while placing an emphasis on quality, ensuring a safe place to learn and explore.
Inspiration:
We instill a love of the creative process, motivating each other to reach outside of our comfort zone and find in ourselves the drive and passion to learn.
Community:
We develop a strong culture of artistic appreciation by creating a sense of belonging, building a collective experience and providing access to the arts for everyone.
Collaboration:
We broaden our impact by engaging in joint artistic innovation.
